Standard ground orders typically arrive within 7–10 business
days.
Delivery Inspection
Policy
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
• For freight
deliveries, contact the carrier using the phone number on the bill of lading.
• Signing for
a shipment without noting damage or inspection issues confirms receipt in good
condition. GenicoStore cannot be held liable for damages or missing items not
documented at delivery.
• If damage is
visible, please note this clearly on the delivery paperwork. Signing for a
damaged package without notation releases GenicoStore from liability.
⚡ Expedited Shipping
We strive to process expedited orders the same day they’re
received. However:
• Orders
placed after 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST may ship the next business day.
• Expedited
orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
• Transit
times exclude weekends and major holidays unless Saturday delivery is
requested.

Using Your Own Carrier
Account
To maintain consistency and ensure proper handling,
GenicoStore ships all regular parcel orders using our UPS account. We
